Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in

I don't know why this bug has been reported then closed because I got this issue last time I played 3 weeks ago....

Started 9/30/2025 and 10/1
Sims 4  PC  No Mods; No CC
Infant is inside of a Windenburg house and a sim leaves the lot or if I play a different household. 
When I return the infant's household loads but the baby spawns outside the home and far away.  After the loading the screen centers on the baby wherever it's landed outside the home lot.  
10/1 I received a message that the baby was freezing because it was in the snow wearing sleepwear. See first pic below.  

I havent had this in a long time. Not much of an issue when its rare. But it still exists.

This issue started happening after playing a new save for awhile. It was fine, now whenever I load back in my infant is laying somewhere in the neighbourhood starving. 

I am not using mods and play on computer with all packs except the Mudroom Kit. 

Am disappointed that this has started happening in my game again. I swear a patch came out to fix it because it was so game breaking for a lot of players.

This bug still hasn't been fixed for the past 11 months now.

This is still happening, and doesn't seem to be on the laundry list. My sim went into to labor and two of her other infants were stranded like a 15m sims jog away!! 

In addition, no matter how often I Apply Childproofing to doors or the property gates, my kids still seem to escape. I even tried to Lock for Individual. But I suppose that's another issue! 

Fixed issue where infants were being placed near a crib or playmat instead of remaining in it if the player travels to a different lot with a Sim and returns.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23

Really don't know if that was all there was to this thread so please create a new thread if you're still experiencing issues
