Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in

I'm playing on PS5. Two of my triplets are always left far away from home, which is awful. Please fix this soon.

 My goodness.

Let us talk about the infants who seem to travel town. No matter the doors I lock.  The help I hire,  I had to stop going to work and send them alone to ensure my other parent is home to keep the infants safe.

First two times I was ready to just throw away the save. I thought i had a terrible parent.  Thinking of calling sims child services. 

There is very little online about it, but I found one.  People have to chase down their infants. Edith is scary for the poor thing and it took forever as my parent was so scared kept leaving them out there. 

It is a mess! Please help us!! It's terrible! I love growing the kids but holy escape artists.  

Core Issue:
Infants consistently teleport to random distant locations when the active household returns to their home lot. This occurs:

• Regardless of whether the infant was at daycare or left with a caregiver
• In all neighborhood types, especially problematic in large worlds
• Creates high-risk situations due to infants' poor autonomous need fulfillment

• Platform: PC (Steam/EA App)

That they spawn just anywhere in the world when you load back in ?

I had a similar thing where the infant would just travel quite a long way away and clicking their portrait would just take me to some random spot where they weren't, would have to scour the town to find them. I haven't had this problem lately though so I hope it's not going to start doing it again. This wasn't happening on a load but while playing.

Yes ,but also the parents won't bring them back without multiple attempts. Like these parents won't "bring in" without a few promises. I didn't actually see that forum I'm new to posting and still learning.

For the other issue, does this only happen when they spawn on their own far off or also if you go somewhere with them and try to bring them back ?

I had this happen today was very confused whenI couldnt find her and when i had the camera focused she was down the street.

House is the pink one way back there as my sim  goes to retireve her baby.

This has been happening in my game too during the past week. I have taken two different sims to the studio in Del Sol Valley to put down their celebrity tiles, and each time there was a toddler there that belongs to Thorn and Octavia and neither of them was around. Since I was not playing their household on both occasions, I have no idea what could be causing them to be there. The first time I was able to get my sim to pick up the toddler and take her home. The second time last night, the toddler vanished right as I told my sim to pick her up. 

All packs, never cc and mods removed.
