All Items from Kits bought on the marketplace with Moola are not interactable, you cannot click on them whatsoever (for example the Art Frame TV). The Kits also dont appear as bought in the EA-App. When trying to place lots/rooms from the marketplace with these Kits, it says content not installed but places the items correctly when build.
This problem does not occur with Kits bought on the EA-App. Tried repairing the game and also tried without mods.
The only current work-around is every time you start The Sims 4, you need to go the your collection and uninstall or unselect all Kits and reinstall or reactivate them. After restarting the issue occurs again and you need to do it every time you start up the game.
This problem should have been fixed already since people spent a lot of money on these kits only for them to not work correctly. The EA-support also couldnt help/wouldnt do anything.
