[JA] Items disappearing LaneCo Curators cabinet

PlayStation 4

After placing some items from the gallery into the laneco curators cabinet I leave the lot and return and some items are missing from the cabinet.

Items I've placed are:

Any artifacts from the jungle adventure and the herbal remedies from outdoor retreat.

The items I placed both came from the build buy catalogue and found in game (this was some of the artifacts) I have looked in my sims inventory and the house inventory but they cannot be found.

This happens at any lot after using the cabinet.

    you say some items are missing. Is it random which ones ?

    Are you using a small business residential lot by chance ?

    No I'm using a mueseum lot in Selvadorada

    The items missing were omiscan artifacts and herbal remedies. Most items came from the build buy catalogue but two of the artifacts were found in game.

    I tried it again yesterday but the same thing happened

    Could you test if it works on your home lot and maybe an issue with the Museum ? To be sure, your Sim doesn't own the museum ?

    Hi! crinrict

    The lot type is mueseum no one owns it it's public. It may be an issue with the fact the mueseum is in a vacation world (Selvadorada) ? Because the other mueseum lot that was affected by the same issue was also in a vacation world (Granite falls).

    I'll give the home lot a try and will get back to you.
