[JTB] [DO] 'Cantina Booth' not being recognized as dining spot

The Cantina Booth from Journey to Batuu  Star Wars GP does not work properly with Dine Out. Sims cannot request tables at them; they do not show up as dining spots in restaurants and waiters will not deliver food to these slots.

    Oga’s Cantina in Batuu will now count towards dining spots.

    Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
