Just did a quick test and switched the shader used by the mesh to use the Counter one, it looks better even if that's a little bit dark (but it matches the objects around). If you want this temporary fix, you can grab it here : https://simfileshare.net/download/5428135/ (won't mark the object as CC as it only overrides the mesh).

I've noticed the same issue with this backsplash on Xbox Series X with all packs. I placed them on a full wall behind a stove and cupboards using the MOO cheat. I added wall cabinets, stove hoods and lighting but it looked awful despite trying different colours. The backsplash tiles all looked completely different shades. I had to move the lighting well away from them to get them to look as they should.

I have noticed the same. This backsplash tile also is able to be placed over windows, which I am not sure was intended.

There is some weird lighting/shadowing happening with corners in the game. I wonder if that is what is happening here.

Yeah can the lighting be fixed so that all objects look like the same swatch? This happens to multiple things in my game :(

Note that this issue also affects other backsplashes from Lovestruck and Enchanted by Nature. It's less visible thanks to the color options and the way they tile, but a more appropriate shader could help sole that.
