Sometimes when I travel to places my game will freeze and the LE will pop up. Even when the game doesn't freeze the LE will still show up. I don't have any NAP's active.

BE is also a mod, so you need to remove that as well.
After doing that, please delete all the lastexceptions, lastcrash and localthumbcache file.
Go back to your game and trigger the error again.
Check the documents folder for new lastexceptions. Open that with a text editor and copy/paste the content to a post.
