The table light "Mourningvale Lantern" from Life and Death, doesn't work as intended, I play on an Xbox One so no mods or cc. This has been an issue since Life and Death released.

Although the item is tagged as "off the grid" it does not work unless on the grid. It also isn't in the "off the grid" section of build/buy mode
