[COLLECTION] Item Issues with Off-The-Grid/Power Shut off

Re posting this as I put it in the wrong forum, and it got archived without being seen

The table light "Mourningvale Lantern" from Life and Death, doesn't work as intended, I play on an Xbox One so no mods or cc. This has been an issue since Life and Death released.

Although the item is tagged as "off the grid" it does not work unless on the grid. It also isn't in the "off the grid" section of build/buy mode

This doesnt make sense. I cant give them a bubble bath with no water but can give them a regular bath. 

the power has been shut off, yet i can still purchase wedding cakes, browse plopsy or buy adventure gear. No other actions are available because there is no power.

A few items in the plumbing category are missing the functional off the grid tag.

Despite most phone interactions being disallowed on an Off the Grid lot without any power production, you are able to list items on Plopsy while on said Off the Grid lot which lacks power production.

What I did to test. after noticing it in a modded save: 

Start a new save with mods disabled, and chose to play on The Shipping Views (an Off the Grid lot in Evergreen Harbor. Placed an easel on the lot. Completed a painting, and listed it on Plopsy while on the lot.

The Guntdach Home Recycler is not marked as working off grid... yet it does.

The Barnyard Lamp (wall light) is not functional off-the-grid, even though it's clearly a candle. It's listed among other lights that were fixed in a previous patch (here), but it wasn't fixed.
