I also still have issues with my family tree. Somehow a half-sibling, that doesn't exist in the game as sim, was added to one of my sim and it looks like they have a child together. Now my spouse sees this child as a nephew (which doesn't make sense it all - he isn't even related to the supposed half-sibling).

If I now click on the son in the tree, it is still collapsed.
