i had a little problem also, when my male sim got pregnant by another male and it was to be a secret pregnancy and told the spouse { a female sim} it was Her's , when it was another male's... it showed up as he was the uncle and his wife the mother and his lover was the father and brother... he wasn't a brother and you couldn't fix it.
