Limit Fairies to Innisgreen

I have the Limit Fairies to Innisgreen checked under game options and I am still seeing Fairies with their wings in other worlds.  I have had them show up in full fairy hovering around in Tomarang and Sulani.  I bought this game because there was an option to not have to see the fairies outside of their world.  It is immersion breaking for my other sims.

Yes I use mods and I have not tried without mods.

    Please test your issue on a vanilla game

    To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

    -  localthumbcache
    -  Any lastException Files
    -  Any LastCrash files.

    Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

    Moving this out of bugs. Bug reports must be on a vanilla game.
