Lipstick Swatch changing

Everytime i customize the lipstick colours in CAS, it goes back to the original shade once I'm in live mode. Its been happening for a while now. I attached a photo of my sim after coming out of CAS, the shade was supposed to be a super light shade of this colour. Please please please fix this 😭
