Have you tried if it works on a new save ?

Did you try if switching households and trying with another Sim ? Create a copy of your save before trying.
Hi @crinrct, yes tried (1) switching households and using another sim and (2) creating a new save. I am on console (PS5). Have tried multiple museums and pieces of art, including both sim-created and non-sim-created. The 'Express Feelings about Art' task doesn't complete. The sim will stand indefinitely in front of the art work. If I cancel the task I get the pop-up dialog box, but choosing one of the options doesn't complete the task.
delarivier added it to the list. Don't have any good suggestions as I had no issues with it.
Update: I tried it again at the Willow Creek library and it worked. Now just worried because the sim I am playing with doesn't have the first key. I hope not having a complete set is not going to stop me from completing the event.
