Hi L7M5 The option is called Discuss Romance and Music. Do you have that ?

elliYA you should be able to just get the keys in Build Mode. If you did the task, they are unlocked.

Purchasing these items doesn't unlock them in the collection tracker. This means I can no longer complete the collection, even though I completed all the quests and logged in on time.

  elliYA They should work like any collection. If you have the item in the inventory, it counts towards the collection.
  
  Mine game crashed after I got the first key and yet, it counted when I bought a key and put it in the inventory
