I can't complete the curio key collection because I have lost the other keys from having to redownload the game. My files are deleted because they were duplicating in the cloud (not sure how it started saving to the cloud) but now I can't get the keys.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Does the key not show up in build mode ? You can just buy another and put it in the Sims inventory.
