[LLQE] Moodlets for Regal Residence Lot Trait despite it being removed/never had

I am experiencing a bug where I repeatedly receive a notification every few seconds stating that my household’s property value has exceeded 100,000 simoleons and that their needs will be better fulfilled and decay more slowly. This appears to be the Regal Residence lot trait notification, however, I do not have the Regal Residence lot trait enabled on any lots. I do not use any mods or custom content, and the issue persists even after restarting the game. 

I added the Regal Residence lot trait to another household within the same save file and then removed it after the issue started, but this did not resolve the problem.

The game is set to Norwegian, hence the image in Norwegian. 

Forgot to mention that I deleted the cache file and tested other households, but the same notification continues to appear.

So, with the Regal Residence notification glitch... In my case, I have not nor do I intend to buy this pack, but I played through all the events. Now I'm getting the glitch despite never even applying the lot trait. I am getting the same bug reported by others except at 50k (while others have been reporting it at 250k) and I never had the Regal Residency on my lot. I just improved the Cordelia's Secret Cottage lot in Henford-on-Bagley and went to live mode.

I don't know if it has something to do with inviting a guest to the lot (as some have reported) so I could exchange a gift from my current played sim's inventory.  I did not invite them to stay over, just onto the lot.

I would also like to note another one of my sims inventory was glitched and not counted as owing the item on the same lot. I had said sim place the items (in this case it was limestone found from digging) in the world and the selection to pick it up was greyed out with the explanation that my sim did not own the item. I had my other sim open the limestone to turn it into fossils and give it as a gift to invited guest. (I did not get screenshots unfortunately)

 I'm not sure if the inventory glitch is somehow tied to the lot value glitch.

I do not play with mods or cc

I would also like to add this screenshot showing what traits are currently on the lot and remind that I never had the Regal Residence as a lot trait to begin with.

Checking with a CM but there's two threads for this lot trait atm (different scenarios)

CM will decide if there's a third one needed.
