Lot information icon shining all the time (Patch 1.113/2.08)

Thought I was losing my mind and the only one experiencing this. Glad I'm not alone! Hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks for reporting it! 

Just leaving my input to confirm that this is also happening on the Steam release of the game. I've tried verifying my game files after downloading the most recent update, but Steam reports nothing was corrupted.

Personally, as annoying as the flashing glint is, I'm just glad this is a bug and not something corrupted in my save or tray.

When I downloaded Businesses and Hobbies and clicked on the sign in the corner for the businesses part, the shine went away.

Unfortunately this is still a bug, I don't have the B&H pack and I just checked to see if maybe it had been fixed since the new pack was released, but nope. Its still blinking as if there is something new and I went through all the venue types and still blinks. 

I am unable to play the game in build mode with this bug.

The 'traits and challenges' icon in build mode is constantly pulsating. There is nothing new there, I clicked all icons everywhere and it STILL flashes. It's not always on, it's constantly going on and off. I checked 2 new saves on Mac, mods never used. Please help.

The bug is going strong, it's impossible to play in build mode. Vanilla saves, no mods ever, base game on Mac.

That's exactly it.

So, people without the newest expansion pack will not be able to 'unshine' the house icon. Team needs to re-code this in a way that the game without Businesses and Hobbies EP knows that the user clicked all the new icons that were *available* to them in their game with the packs that they have.

This is affecting my autism so much! I can’t block it out of my sight.

Same problem, not willing to buy a pack just to fix it.
