Lots won't load from gallery if uploaded with harvestable plants in the ground

Rather than delete the plants or revert them back to mounds, if a lot is uploaded with harvestables planted in the ground it will not be downloadable. Attempts to download either load half the build ...

I didn't test the V2 one.

For don't download it was:

Worked fine when I placed it on an empty lot (placed from the map)
When placing on a lot that already had a house, it wouldn't place from either the map or build mode

Looks like there might be some other factor than just the harvestables. I'll put this on review for Maxis to look into further.
