[LS] LE/Reset when trying to do romantic interactions

I have also been having this problem.  I tried playing the game vanilla mode (no mods/cc), tried using MCCC to remove romantic satisfaction, which worked for a small bit, but would start glitching back out later.  I have tried moving the couple to a new save with little success. Basically, this couple when interacting romantically will go to do the interaction, glitch, reset, and somehow still get romantic satisfaction/positive relationship out of it. But obviously, no kiss/woohoo/etc can be successfully completed.

Like some others have had issues with, this couple did start as teens before aging up to young adults.  They also had a fully functioning relationship before I had installed Lovestruck.  I have been forced to disable the pack so that I can still play the game, which is a ridiculous case.  The only other possible solutions I have found is to break them up through cheating/etc or by killing one of them off and remarrying, which neither is a real solution or something we should have to do.
