Ideas
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Hello! I'm having this same issue as the poster but I tried this solution and it did not work for me personally. I'm a Mac user for the Sims 4.

I've done all of this and repaired the game to no avail 😭

Hi, sorry to bother. I've tried this one and made progress, my new save can work smoothly. Then I put back all my mods and retried the new save, which turned out working perfectly as well. However, I tried with my original saving again, and it failed. I remembered that I had moved all the mods before, and my old saving couldn't work at that time. So I'm confused here. Really looking forward to your reply! Thank u~
