Made new Sim went to buy a house and the game freezes

So I had finished making a new Sim and when I confirm and go to select a place to live it just freezes on the screen when I confirm to buy the house, I repaired the game deleted and re installed I even took off my mods and tried again, it started happing with this new update, I can play my other games just fine but I made a new Sim cause I'm bored with my other story lines of other saved sims I have, I can try to remake the sim and go to a saved game and do that option that you can manage household and create a new sim I haven't tried that, but id hate to do that ever time that happens.
