My sims game don’t work

Hi my Sims game do not work. It keeps reloading back to the screen of all the lots. I cannot have my cc mods in the computer anymore into the Sims game. It does not work. I even took it out. It’s still glitches out and that love pack game that I got it even shows a double lot. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been playing this game since I was young. I love the Sims I always played it since my older brother started playing. I want my Sims back. I lost everything the household all the families and stories I created. I have nothing and I’m obsessed with my game. I’m a CNA I work a lot of hours on my days off. All I do is play my game and have fun with my mods. I want the mods to be back into the game and create and re-create new stories and have fun with my game. I’m hoping that we can get a new update so everyone can play their game. Please write back. I really want my game back.
