Neighborhood Stories: Romantic/Friendship Changes no effect (Patch 1.116.202)

Can this please be fixed. I want my simulation game to simulate without me having to play pretend

I'm aware that this is a bit different but I'll need to check with a CM if they want to track it separately or not.

I've had the same thing happen  in my legacy game.  They love each other but have divorced.  Now all they do is cry! 

Neighborhood Stories broke up Valentina and Aziz Nadir in my save, and when I went straight to check on their household I saw they are in fact divorced, but still had a romantic relationship & satisfaction.

Issues:

1. Their romantic relationship is still half-full. I would've expected their romantic bar to be in the red, like what happens when sims you're actively playing break up.
2. They had no moodlets, positive or negative, relating to the divorce or heartbreak.
3. Their friendly relationship bit was missing/blank (see screenshot) until I had them argue and their romantic satisfaction ended. It should've shown as "acquaintance" or "just friends"
4. They had no sentiments relating to the divorce.

Aziz is still sort of in love with his ex wife

Aziz and Valentina are divorced but also have a blank relationship bit

Also i ofund another issue, maybe they are related. Married sims do get romantic reltionships for whatever reason. Now whole Willow creek cheating on each other.

Not sure why my post merged into this one. It is completley different issue.

Story progression romance doesn't start. Everything else works. It does break ups and other rules work fine.

Did try on new save, no mods. I also did try to brute force it by modifying how often it should happen, to see if I was just unlucky.

 It doesn't work.
