New umbrella issues!! Opening and closing the umbrella & umbrellas inside.

So twice tonight since the new May update (in two different households) I've had issues with the umbrella. 

If I tell the Sims to do something while they are holding an umbrella. It can just be a conversation or can be a physical action. Like push this person on the swing. Or go stand over here. Doesn't matter what the action is if they're outside in the rain they can't do it. They just keep opening and closing the umbrella over and over and over again. 

And actually the original household I was playing with tonight everybody wanted to carry their umbrellas around inside and it wasn't even raining outside. The entire household was walking around opening umbrellas inside the house.
