I return to play sims and continue do postcard collection that I do since October 24 (last year before busy and stop playing the sims for while) But I found I didn't get the postcard innnn every way...

Okay I do follow you advise/troubleshooting instruction
I already move mod folder to desktop>deleted catch>repair game>then play my save with out mod but still didn't got the postcard from penpal check it got replied
I wait until next day have mail sending but have only bill send to mailbox no have postcard of Sunset Valley already check in sim Inv. and Household Inv. No have either
