I return to play sims and continue do postcard collection that I do since October 24 (last year before busy and stop playing the sims for while) But I found I didn't get the postcard innnn every way...

update already try to play my sims girlfriend household and try sending penpal 2 times 2 day (1 times/ day) and ..... no postcard sending like my sims household too.

AlexsearDid you already try to remove all your mods, delete the localthumbcache.package file and repair your game in the EA app? If you didn't do these steps in this order, try that, and then test without mods (don't save after, just test). If finally you will receive postcards, then the problem is one of your mods.
Yes..... crinrict Told me to do that and I Already try follow advise/troubleshooting instruction for 2 times still didn't get a postcard btw.
at first time I wait only 1 day and only Bill mail in mailbox no have postcard within. and I think maybe because timing too short that make postcardmail didn't send maybe I should give more time and I try again without mod+delete thumbcatch+repair game like my reply No.4th (My handsome boi in Bald Head) I repeat for 2 day do penpal 2 request(1 request/day) for maybe I will got It once from 2 day. and I already check replies that 2 penpal *sunset valley and another one can't remember the name* request and yes .........for 2 day not have any penpal send to me in that 2 day my Rodent go Vacation too have alert in notification wall he back with postcard and I already check my sim / household inv. no have either,
