So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran out of pregnancy test? did they all spoil befor the new shipment arrived?
On a smallbuissnes/resedention lot or how it's spelled.
I'm having the same problem that the option doesn't show up when I click the toilet after trying to get baby. No mods.

Having same issue, no pregnancy test option. I started new game with no mods and still had issue, no pregnancy test option; so I know it's game related to the new update and not a mod issue. Sure hope this gets fixed soon.
Same—no more pregnancy tests—back to the past, not a step into the future, I would say. 🙃 Yeah, we need this to be fixed, pretty please. Got a couple of new bugs in my game—after this patch, sigh.
Nope, no pregnancy test at all. Please fix it.
Having this issue as well. Multiple households. I don't play with mods, have tried repairing, and I own all packs. I noticed it happening after the latest patch.
I’m having this issue on my PC game as well. I’ve tried without mods and with—no success. There is no option for a pregnancy test when I click on a toilet. I also had no option to try for a baby, but I do have WW, so my sims did “try for a baby” in those terms.
I am having this issue as well. I figured it was mod related as I'm a heavy mod user, but interesting to see it is happening without mods as well. There is no option to take pregnancy test when clicking the toilet after woohoo or try for a baby or other mod options. Like this on more than one save as well. I even tried to cheat a pregnancy with MCCC and it wouldn't work.
This happened to me too. The pregnancy test option did show up after a couple of minutes without trying for baby again. Also, the "Try for Baby Option" still appeared even after the pregnancy test established my Sim was pregnant. That too eventually disappeared after about one Sim day.
Guys.. plz fix the bugs that have been created with this new update. My sims can no longer try for baby or take pregnancy tests. Please fix
