NPC changes outfit while still swimming in pool

Description:
When a Sim is swimming in a pool and starts an interaction with the PowerStack Free Weights object, the Sim changes outfit immediately while still inside the pool.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to a lot with a pool (for example a gym with a pool)
2. Place or ensure the PowerStack Free Weights object is on the lot
3. Let a Sim (NPC or playable Sim) enter and swim in the pool
4. Trigger or wait for any interaction with the PowerStack Free Weights object

Expected Result:
The Sim (NPC or playable) should remain in swimwear while still in the pool and only change outfit after leaving the pool.

Actual Result:
The Sim (NPC and playable) changes outfit immediately while still swimming in the pool.

Additional Notes:

• The issue affects both NPC and playable Sims
• It is triggered by all interactions with the PowerStack Free Weights object
• The outfit change occurs while the Sim is still in the pool
• This breaks immersion and looks visually incorrect
