Outrageously High Bills

So the usual I am used to my sim paying is pretty much this, around 90K after all the tax breaks he gets. 

oh I see. No I doubt I ever have any extra to sell. I do make the eco friendly parts on the fabricator and make sure everything is upgraded eco energy and water efficient which reduces bills. I just realized I hadn't put up solar panels yet but I am not going to change anything while testing this. I just got the next bills and as I said I made sure everyone was at home. Here is the screenshot for that. 

This bill is the normal range. I am going to do one more on the next bill and make sure my sims are not at home like you mentioned and see if that changes anything. 

I meant for power and water but I see the most deduction you got was for tax breaks & Penalties. That seems a huge amount.

Do you know what that contains ?

What do you mean by "they just sold less"? 

My sims have not been on any vacation in eons so the first one would not apply. 

The second issue I am about to test and note location. I am going to make sure they are home Sunday night and all day Monday and see what the bill is then. And then the next week I am going to take them to Planet Honeypop as that is where I usually take them to feed on people. It is entirely possible that they had still been there after feeding and gotten bills while on the venue lot because I frequently find myself shocked by the time and rush to get them home to the kids. I will be back soon with an update.

Could it be they just sold less ?

I honestly am not sure where my sims were when they got the bills so I will have to make note of that. They haven't been going anywhere lately unless they need to feed because of taking care of two toddlers. 

Clean meaning an install that had never been touched by a mod or cc period. And yes, I am like 99.9% sure I am not crazy and that this problem goes on regardless to some extent. I removed mccc so I will do some bills again and also make note of my sim's location when they receive the bill just to  be sure and I will let you know asap.

Do you have this when you get the bills while on another lot ?

By clean you also have this happening without MCCC ? There has been a bug with this that has been fixed a while ago.
