hi! so ive moved a sim into the arts quarter and kept hearing fireworks and saw the jokers vs pranksters event going on and thought nothing of it. but when the next day hit i was still hearing fireworks and saw that the festival is bugged.
is there anyway i can fix this or will i have to wait for another patch update?
