Overlapping festivals

Hello everyone.

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but lately, I haven't been able to play on some of my San Myshuno households, more specifically the Spice Market ones. The Spice Festival and Flea Markets are glitching on top of each other and it is heavily littered by coffee cups that cannot be interacted with. The stalls that are glitched over one another cannot be interacted with. Attached are some screenshots I took of how my world looks. There is also litter in the Business and Arts district--I haven't checked the Fashion District yet.

It's very frustrating and it makes my game slower and it crashes often. It used to be very rare for my game to crash but with this glitch happening it has been happening often.
