Game does not recognize my Hobbies and Businesses pack even though it shows in my library on the EA site. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the pack but my game still does not recognize it.
If this is after today's update I found my packs in the Marketplace. They said they were deactivated so I had to activate them and the game then registered them
OMG I just spent the most unhelpful 30 minutes with a support person from EA & this fixed my issue!! TYSMMMMM
You dont know how amazing you are! I have been on the live chat with those useless staff (who have no idea what they are talking about) 5 times since yesterday. This worked instantly.Thank you so much!!
