I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not fixed. Thanks

- Make sure the game is closed
- Create a backup of your user folder
- Move the following file to the desktop: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > userSettings(.ini)
- Start the game again and check if the pack no appears.
- Start your save and check if everything else is in order
- Delete the file you moved to the desktop and enjoy the new pack.
Be aware that this will reset all your disabled packs so if you have any disabled, you can also enable/disable packs in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection
