I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I've purchased all expansion packs but one and even after removing all mods and cc I am unable to use any of the other worlds I have purchased. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired and nothing is working to restore my worlds.
This same thing is happening to me with my most recent Game expansions, it’s very frustrating not even the cas items are showing up.
KayWav ShortVskid Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated there. If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button (restart afterwards).
