It sounds like there might've been an issue with your install.
Please try the following steps to troubleshoot this:
- Quit EA App and make sure the EA background services are closed in Task Manager
- Delete the main folders for your packs in the install location (should be EP01, EP06, and EP08)
The packs should be located in the same folder as your base game. If they're located in a folders within Documents, then it isn't installed in the right location. - Open EA App and reinstall those packs one at a time. Wait until it says 'Installation complete' before moving on
- Start Sims 4 and check if the worlds are available

Hello. I have the same issue as the OP and I just tried what you said, and it didn't work. I bought and downloaded Adventure Awaits today but I cannot open the world or access anything from the pack even after all the trouble shooting. I deleted the folder EP20 and redownloaded. Still not working. I repaired my game too.

Since you've already tried reinstalling and repairing the game to no avail, please try clearing the EA App's cache before repeating those steps again. Sometimes, the cache keeps old install data, which can interfere with the reinstallation.
Also, do double-check that the EP20 folder is in the same location as the base game, and wait until the install is complete before launching your game. Thanks!
