This morning I purchased the business and hobbies expansion pack. I then installed it. I am unable to travel to its world as it says it is not downloaded. My EA app says it is downloaded and installed. I have deleted and reinstalled the expansion pack through the EA app. This did not resolve the issue. I then tried to repair The Sims 4 altogether. This also did not resolve the issue. I restarted my computer. This did not resolve the issue. I also tried to make a new gameplay. This also has not resolved the issue.
I figured it out. When you open the game, go to marketplace. Then go to your collection. After that, click pack selection. Then active the pack.
