EE contact page is just directing me to a bot that asks the same questions over and over and sends me to the same unhelpful article
I downloaded three new packs today, they downloaded in the background as usual, the game showed me welcome notifications when they were finished and i restarted the game to activate them but when i tried to play any of the new content none of it showed up other than the world ravenwood which was greyed out and showing as still downloading even though the download was showing as completed elsewhere
I have tried: moving the mods folder, deleting all mods, delete the thumbnail cache folder, repair the install. uninstall and reinstall all the packs. clear the EA app cache. multiple attempts to repair the install. all the packs are showing as installed in my EA app but now completely invisible in game, the game is not detecting them at all and EA's contact us for support chat page seems to be a mirage with only a useless bot that goes around in circles.
I also have this issue. I went to the Marketplace, but was only able to select and "install" the few kits that I own. I cannot select any of the expansion or game packs, even though clicking on them confirms that I own the items. The items also appear downloaded and installed in EA. I have repaired the game, cleared the cache, and verified the game files for the 4 items that I purchased through Steam.
