I bought the laundry day stuff pack and downloaded it, but when I load the game, it says I don't own the content, even though the marketplace shows it as owned. I have cleared the cache, restarted the app, and performed many troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. I tried to contact EA, but they are not very responsive or helpful when it comes to problems with The Sims. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
could you post a picture where it says you don't own the pack ?
