Hello, I've bought business and hobbies expension pack last week. I've downloaded it but when I'm in the game business and hobbies world is not there, I Don't have anything about this pack at all. It says the world will appear after you finish downloading the pack and restart bla bla bla.. I've redownloaded, I've cleared my cache, I've reopened my mac etc I've tried everything that I can find on internet. So I thought maybe I can get a refund and rebuy the pack but that's also not possible. I can't find the game on refund tool so I thought maybe I can do it from my order history but NO it's not there too. I'm so frustrated. can anyone help? thanks
