I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I just recently bought the island living pack. In the game, it says the pack hasn't downloaded so my sims cannot travel to the world although it finished downloading days ago. I also checked on steam, and it says that the pack was successfully downloaded. I'm not sure what to do so could anyone help me? I just want to send my sims to the beach </3
I would also like to include that I also have the seasons, get together, and city living packs and they all work perfectly fine. It is just the island living pack I am having an issue with. I was going to try to contact EA but unfortunately, I cannot figure out how so now I am here.
