Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase

Ever since the marketplace update, none of my packs are showing as being installed even though they are most definitely installed. When I go to marketplace to activate all of them, they’re all greyed out except for the base and vampires(which was installed and purchased via steam) but all the other packs I’ve purchased through the EA app appear to not be “active” and show as “owned” and again, greyed out not allowing me to do anything else with them. I’m frustrated because all I want to do is play sims. Fix this please. 😭 I’m having this issue whether I launch the game from steam or the ea app.
