I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I just bought this pack through the EA store on my Mac. I have updated, repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out, restarted..... everything.... and it will not show up in game. I still got charged for it and am able to uninstall/ reinstall. So what the heck is going on?!
emilyhinman Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether R&L is deactivated. If it is, you can enable it with the Pack Selection button.
Confused on how to do this, library says it’s installed so what do you mean by deactivated?
i recently bought the snowy escape pack and it says uninstalled in the marketplace for me and im not allowed to download it like it is locked or something

How did you figure it out? I'm having the same problem please help me. It has been ongoing since last night when I bought 3 new packs
Hey! Open your game, then go to marketplace. At the top it should say your collections, click that. It’ll list everything you own. Click pack selection, uncheck everything that is active and check everything that isn’t. Send that through, okay it, then restart your game!
