I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...
Ideas
After the most recent patch my purchased packs are showing as 'not owned' in the game. In the EA app they are showing as installed. I do use cc and mods and have cleared out broken content since the latest patch.
This has happened to me too after the delivery error I received the hole day. And I'm on ps5
