I tried to restart playing my game after the update, but now, when I try to play a new game, I get told that the expansion packs and other packs that I bought and had installed before the recent update aren't loaded into the game. I've had to reload my game more than once, but I still get told that my packs aren't installed, but when I look to see if that's right, I see that they are installed. I don't know what happened, but something weird happened to the game packs that I've added to my base game. I honestly don't know why this is going on, but it's very frustrating. I know that all of the packs are installed, because I have watched them all install the same way that the base game installs through the EA app on my laptop.
That has definitely happened to me, but it usually resolves after relaunching the game... However, I'm having this issue with the Dine Out pack specifically, so like, it's installed but I can't play it... and I'm too nervous to check how many other packs might be impacted like this because I have so many I don't want to count and audit all that! I'm on a PC rather than a laptop, but idk maybe there is something similar happening.

I noticed this issue I'm having when I was in build mode for a game. I tried to search the packs category, and it said that they weren't installed. Then I noticed it in the CAS area with an already-created sim that I wanted to try.
