I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I’m running into an issue with the Royalty & Legacies expansion pack for The Sims 4, and I’m hoping someone here might have a solution or has experienced the same problem.
In the EA App, the expansion pack shows as fully downloaded and installed. However, when I open The Sims 4, the game tells me that I still need to finish downloading the pack, and the new world from the expansion is not available.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Updating the game
- Restarting the EA App
- Removing my mods
- Redownloading the expansion pack
- Reinstalling the entire game
Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the issue.
What makes it more confusing is that my sister uses the same account on a different PC, and she does have access to the world and content and can play it without any problems.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know how to force the pack to properly install or sync with the game?
