I have updated my game, but when I go in to play, none of my packs are available. I have repaired them four times and reinstalled everything, but I still can't access it. What do I do?
Commenting to boost - I'm having the exact same problem. I have no mods whatsoever, but my game has become unplayable. NONE of the expansion packs, game backs, stuff packs, or kits that I've bought and installed are working. It's pretty infuriating considering how much time and money I've put into this game ... all because EA wanted to add another source of revenue for themselves with the marketplace.
