Hello,

Since the most recent update my Snowy Escapes pack isn't loading into my game even though I own the pack, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both the pack and the game but it still doesn't seem to register as owned. Can someone please assist with this issue?

I resolved this problem, it appears my pack had been deactivated with the recent update. I fixed the problem by going to Market Place->My Collection->Pack Selection and then activated the pack in case anyone comes across the same problem.
