I am having the same issue. Discover University will not load and I am getting the same errors. I own the game. It states it IN the game, yet it will not allow me to install or reinstall the expansion.
So far, fixing my issue i had to go to the marketplace and reinstall the packs from there (literally never had to do that before but it somehow worked)
I can't do that. It will not allow me to reinstall the game from either steam or EA app. The game says its installed. I can't uninstall it to even reinstall it.
