I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not f...

I accidently deactivated all my packs and i have no clue how to get them back. I've tried repairing in the EA game page and its only repairing some but not all of them and I've lost all my Ranch, cats and dogs etc packs.
the easiest way is to just trash the usersetting(.ini) file. You can find that in the documents folder. This will remove any packs you disabled.
